About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, and delivery for mission-critical systems. This onsite role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.

The architect will influence technology decisions, define architecture roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive innovation and modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership for enterprise .NET-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define end-to-end architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native microservices and backend systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, roadmaps, and technology strategy.
• Partner with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices, design principles, and code quality.
• Oversee cloud adoption and application modernization initiatives.
• Ensure platform security, performance, integration, and reliability.
• Lead proof of concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Create architecture artifacts, design documents, and integration models.
• Support production architecture, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in .NET backend development.
• 4+ years of experience in software architecture roles.
• Hands-on expertise in .NET/.NET Framework, C#, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Strong solution design and cloud experience, with Azure required.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL expertise, including data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integration experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ and third-party services.
• Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps strategy.
• Experience implementing enterprise security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system design and integration.
