-
Develop secure RESTful APIs, microservices, custom middleware, reusable components, and shared integration frameworks.
-
Build Azure Functions using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers.
-
Implement messaging solutions with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
-
Connect SAP, Dynamics 365 CRM, IVR systems, payment gateways, backend databases, and external tolling and traffic management systems.
-
Implement JSON/XML transformations, payload validation, and data mapping.
-
Assess integration approaches for high-volume processing, streamline data flows, and reduce unnecessary data replication.
-
Design and optimize IVR integrations to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
-
Produce technical designs, integration diagrams, test plans, test scripts, and support documentation.
-
Follow clean coding practices, SOLID principles, secure coding standards, and Commission policies.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of developer or comparable experience, including Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and external system integrations, specifically within tolling projects.
-
Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
-
Experience integrating toll collection systems, traffic management systems, or other external platforms within tolling environments.
-
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
-
Experience building secure, reliable integrations for enterprise applications.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Highly Desired
-
10+ years of experience developing complex integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure.
-
Previous experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike tolling solutions.
-
Hands-on expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, microservices, and custom middleware.
-
Experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR systems.
-
Knowledge of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational practices.
-
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
