Position Description:

• Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the availability, security, and performance of enterprise internet and remote access services. This role provides operational ownership of Zero Trust and SASE platforms, including Zscaler and Palo Alto Prisma Access.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

• The engineer will lead troubleshooting for complex access and network issues, manage incidents and changes, and work with engineering teams to improve service reliability, automation, and user experience.
• Participation in on call support is required.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:

• 8 years of experience supporting enterprise network operations and production services
• Hands on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Experience supporting Palo Alto Prisma Access and large scale Zero Trust or SASE environments
• Strong incident response, change management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with internet access and remote access services
• Network automation experience with Ansible or Terraform
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and GitHub
• Ability to participate in on call support and coordinate effectively with engineering teams
