Senior Paralegal | Business and Civil Litigation

Location: Riverside, CA (100% onsite for the first year, with the ability to move fully remote afterwards.)

Experience: 5+ years

Compensation: Up to $110,000 base

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join a law firm focused on Business & Civil Litigation.

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys on complex business and civil litigation matters
• Manage pleadings, discovery, filings, case documents, and deadlines
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation materials
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience
• Business/civil litigation law firm experience
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000– $110,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
