Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Performance Engineer to lead end-to-end performance analysis, application optimization, and performance testing across cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based applications.

Key Skills:

• APM/RUM: AppDynamics (preferred), Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic
• Performance Testing: JMeter, K6, Gatling
• Java Performance: JVM tuning, GC analysis, JFR, Your Kit
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ALB
• Database: SQL/NoSQL optimization, query tuning, distributed caching
• Frontend: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, CDN optimization
• Monitoring: Quantum Metric, ELK Stack, Grafana
• Architecture: Distributed systems, cloud-native applications, microservices

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end application, database, infrastructure, and cloud performance analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using APM and profiling tools.
• Optimize JVM, garbage collection, database queries, caching, and microservices.
• Develop and execute load, stress, soak, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Build monitoring dashboards and provide actionable performance improvement recommendations.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in performance engineering and application performance optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with APM tools, cloud platforms, and performance testing frameworks.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex performance issues in distributed environments.
