Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the technical requirements of the platform.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications.
• Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate reliability into the development processes.
• Lead incident response activities and root cause analyses, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
• Continuously improve automated deployment and configuration management processes.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in site reliability and DevOps culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.).
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, databases, and storage systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
