About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER role is responsible for overseeing the orchestration and readiness of releases within a specific solution area. This position ensures that multiple, interdependent projects are sequenced, prioritized, and managed to minimize conflicts and optimize delivery. The role contributes by providing an integrated view of release health, enforcing readiness standards, and facilitating decision-making to maintain delivery confidence at the area level.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the integrated release plan and calendar for the solution area.
• Provide oversight across all releases within the area, consolidating status, risks, and readiness.
• Orchestrate release sequencing, dependencies, and milestones across teams and functions.
• Manage prioritization and resource allocation to resolve conflicts and balance competing demands.
• Maintain an integrated view of capacity constraints and delivery risks.
• Drive resolution of dependencies and escalations for broader conflicts.
• Manage risk and readiness visibility, ensuring early identification and escalation of issues.
• Enforce readiness criteria and stage gates for releases.
• Make go / no-go decisions based on integrated readiness assessments.
• Ensure consistent application of release management processes and governance.
• Guide and coordinate release owners to meet planning, reporting, and quality expectations.
• Provide leadership with accurate and timely views of release health and delivery confidence.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in program or release management, technical program management, or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to sequence and manage multiple interdependent releases across teams.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent orchestration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise release management practices, including stage gates and dependency mapping.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
