Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team. Summary: This team leads upfront stakeholder outreach, resolves critical application ownership and ServiceNow assignment-group gaps, executes reviews, and enforces standardized cohort governance to secure fully executed Support Agreements and Turnover Records across all transitioning systems. This role is highly visible and execution-focused, responsible for driving accountability, tracking value delivered, and ensuring recurring issues are resolved-not just reported. This is not a traditional reporting PM role. This individual will operate at a senior level, leading recurring conversations up to VP leadership, pushing follow-through, and serving as the connective tissue between teams and executives. Lastly, they need someone who is solid in AI to automate tasks and can leverage it in their role. They need to also be willing to learn and adopt AI. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recurring problem-management meetings with senior leadership (including VP level)
  
  

Track And Report On

• What issues are being fixed
• Ownership and accountability
• Past-due items and escalations
• Business value delivered from resolved problems
• Drive follow-up and execution across multiple teams without direct authority
• Utilize AI to help automate PM tasks
• Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure problems are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved
• Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and cadence around progress and outcomes
• Help reduce recurring incidents and level of effort by driving disciplined problem resolution
• Establish a scalable foundation for future AI-enabled problem identification and automation
  
  

Requirements

• Strong background in project management, operations, problem management, or similar execution-focused roles
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
• Proven ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and escalate when necessary
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in high-visibility environments
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to push initiatives forward independently
• Experience tracking outcomes and value delivery (not just activity)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
