With a growing presence in the data center and mission-critical infrastructure market, the consultancy supports hyperscale developments and large-scale data center programmes where cost certainty, speed of delivery and operational readiness are critical.

  • Lead data center projects on the owner's behalf, from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk across design teams, contractors and vendors.
  • Oversee procurement of long-lead equipment such as generators, switchgear, UPS and cooling.
  • Direct onsite staff, including field project managers, and coordinate with cost and controls teams.
  • Report progress, risks and decisions clearly to client executives.
  • Support pursuits and help grow the companies data center project management practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior project management experience with data center delivery as a must.
  • Owner-side, owner's rep or construction manager background on large mission-critical projects.
  • Strong grasp of electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning and power-delivery timelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and remote teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling to sites as projects require.
  • PMP or similar credentials are a plus.
