Job Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, utilizing appropriate tools for defect management.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure software quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor and guide junior QA analysts in best practices and testing methodologies.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in test management software and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Technologies & Tools
