Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for various software applications.

• Execute manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects to development teams using effective defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvements.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and infrastructure to optimize testing efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to provide feedback on quality and testability of features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and involvement in Agile teams.
