Job Overview

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
