Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Implement and maintain automated testing solutions using industry standard tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Perform risk assessments and provide feedback to enhance product quality.
• Mentor and support junior QA engineers in best practices related to testing and quality assurance.
• Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure scalability and stability of applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
