PT Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts)
Lead in-store sales for band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and private lesson programs. Provide exceptional, education-focused service to students, parents, and educators, helping them choose the right instruments and related services.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and support customers with expert product recommendations.
- Recommend instruments, rentals, accessories, and lesson programs aligned to customer needs.
- Deliver an education-forward retail experience that supports music learning.
- Assist with training, mentoring, and team development.
- Support merchandising and maintain product presentation standards.
- Handle opening/closing duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service skills with a student/education mindset.
- Comfort selling complex products and explaining options clearly.
- Ability to support store operations and collaborate with a team.
- Interest in music education and instrument knowledge (band/orchestra).
