Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts Retail)
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Assist students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that align with needs and budgets.

Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Assist students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that align with needs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Open/close the store, process transactions, and provide outstanding customer support
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability
- Set up displays and maintain an engaging retail presentation
- Support school service programs and community partnerships
- Model strong product knowledge and coach junior associates
- Meet personal and store sales goals while maintaining a student-first culture
- Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
- Solid product knowledge and willingness to learn instruments and services
- Leadership skills to mentor and coach team members
- Comfort with inventory, retail operations, and goal-driven performance
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, energetic environment
