Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Consultant at 501 Commons, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's needs. Job Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to organizational requirements, including process automation and reporting.
• Conduct regular system audits, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize Salesforce effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system modifications and enhancements.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and best practices, recommending upgrades and changes as necessary.
• Oversee integration efforts with other platforms and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant in a similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, and sharing settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Technologies & Tools
