Job Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, including user setup, workflows, data management, and security settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive insights across the organization.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide support to enhance user adoption and proficiency with Salesforce tools.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication of expectations and outcomes.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with other applications and monitor data flow and quality.
• Perform regular system audits and assess the health of the Salesforce environment to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications required; additional certifications preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and management, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Technologies & Tools

In this role, the Senior Salesforce Administrator/Consultant will utilize a suite of technologies and tools to enhance the Salesforce experience.
