Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with strong Business Analyst capabilities to lead client discovery, process optimisation, requirements gathering, and solution delivery across ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and business process mapping.
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, workflows, and gap analyses.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams in translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Develop test plans, facilitate UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Deliver stakeholder demonstrations, training, and documentation to drive user adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must hold active Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience, with hands-on expertise across multiple modules.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience leading client workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• 1–2 years of experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS certification. Senior-level candidates must also hold CTA.
