Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform system upgrades, automated testing, and platform optimization to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow instances.
• Document processes, programming knowledge, and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
• Lead technical discussions, providing insights into solutions and best practices for enhancement.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on ServiceNow development standards.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and microservices architecture.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certifications are highly desirable.
