Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to create and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless code integration and deployment.
• Manage incident response processes and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze service-level metrics and create reports to drive operational improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing support for critical incidents and outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
