Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems architecture.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents and outages in a timely manner.
• Automate deployment processes and operational tasks to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with development teams to define service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level indicators (SLIs).
• Conduct regular system performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Lead post-mortem analysis on incidents to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in a production environment.
