Job Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimize the system and application performance.
• Develop and manage incident response processes, including post-mortem investigations and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in system administration or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Solid understanding of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
