Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at FullStack Labs, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our systems and applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage system monitoring tools and alerting solutions to ensure operational reliability.
• Develop scripts and automation processes to improve the efficiency of system deployments and operations.
• Perform incident response and root cause analysis on system outages or performance issues.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure systems are designed with reliability in mind.
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code using appropriate frameworks and practices.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the SRE team and across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
