• Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
• Programming skill in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java).
• Understanding of networking concepts and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will work with a range of modern technologies and tools including, but not limited to, AWS or other cloud services, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and metric gathering, Git for version control, Jira for project management, and various other DevOps tools aimed at improving software delivery and infrastructure management.
