Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex system issues, providing efficient resolutions and thorough documentation of findings.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident management and response initiatives.
• Implement best practices for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log management solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
