Wpromote is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving quality engineering efforts, participating in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks, and mentoring junior engineers. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand product requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
• Conduct thorough feature and regression testing, ensuring high quality of product releases.
• Identify and document defects, track them through resolution, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the testing team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor test coverage and effectiveness, providing insights for enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing coding standards for testing automation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to existing testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, automation, or software development.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

In this position, you will work with a range of technologies and tools that include but are not limited to automated testing frameworks like Selenium, performance testing tools such as JMeter, and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
