Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for software applications across various platforms.
• Design and implement testing frameworks that enhance both automated and manual testing processes.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand application requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing to validate system behavior and functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, cases, and testing outcomes.
• Mentor junior SDET team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software testing experience, with a focus on test automation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing processes and results to stakeholders.
