About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and applied AI experience to join our AI engineering team. You’ll productize and scale our intelligence platform while connecting its capabilities to the product.

Responsibilities

• Build and productize reusable AI platform capabilities for other engineering teams.
• Own backend services, APIs, and integrations, primarily in TypeScript with Go where needed.
• Deliver full-stack features connecting AI capabilities to React/Next.js product experiences.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance through sound architecture, testing, troubleshooting, and on-call participation after ramping.
• Use coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of planning, code quality, review, and validation.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design; communicate proactively, share ownership, and commit to team decisions.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Senior-level experience shipping and owning production software at scale.
• Hands-on applied generative AI engineering experience building intelligence layers or AI-enabled products.
• Strong backend engineering and API design skills in TypeScript or another transferable language.
• Full-stack capability, including the ability to build and maintain modern web interfaces.
• Sound system design judgment across scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering tradeoffs.
• High autonomy and accountability, with clear communication and sound decisions in ambiguous environments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python and/or Go.
• Experience with AI evaluations, integrity systems, or recommendation capabilities.
• Prior startup experience or experience productizing early-stage platforms.
• Financial-services, fintech, or data-intensive product experience.
