• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently and accurately.
• Mentor and guide junior testing engineers in best practices for testing and automation.
• Continuously improve automated testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document testing processes, results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in automation testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including Selenium and JUnit.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
