About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING role focuses on designing and delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient backend infrastructure services that enable product teams to build and deploy software seamlessly. This position is essential for maintaining robust communication platforms, compute abstractions, deployment tooling, and security services that drive developer productivity and system resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into low-latency technical solutions.
• Manage full software lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments and analyze user data to inform engineering decisions.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and distributed backend services optimized for performance.
• Establish engineering best practices and improve developer workflows.
• Mentor and support other technical team members.
• Drive project selection and execution aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience building internet-scale software.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Golang, Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies including Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience with distributed messaging systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: 190000 to 267000 USD
• Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and potential commission depending on position.
