  • Drive comprehensive automated testing strategies and resolve cross-layer technical bugs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly as a supportive, execution-focused team player within a multi-disciplinary engineering group.
  • Engage in peer code reviews, continuous delivery optimization, and team mentoring.

  • Deep C# / .NET Core Proficiency: Substantial track record delivering complex software services or components from scratch.
  • Team Player Orientation: Highly collaborative, execution-focused mindset focused on aligning with existing architectural vision.
  • Contract-Driven Design: Experience working with JSON/JSON Schema, stable public APIs, and reusable libraries/SDKs.
  • DevOps Practice: Hands-on experience with Git workflows and automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
  • AI Tooling Mindset: Strong passion and excitement for integrating AI tools into daily coding workflows.
  • Security & Location: Ability to meet client security clearance requirements and work hybrid on-site in Boston, MA.

  • Claude Experience: Direct experience or practical background utilizing Claude AI models/tooling.
  • WebAssembly (WASM): Exposure to WebAssembly or .NET/JavaScript interoperability (a huge plus!).
  • Engine / Workflow Systems: Experience with workflow engines, rule engines, state machines, or high-performance runtimes.
  • Frontend Knowledge: Basic knowledge of TypeScript or frontend frameworks.

Compensation & Work Model

  • Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 USD base salary per year
  • Bonus: 5% annual bonus potential
  • Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site at Boston, MA office; 3 days remote)
