Offered.ai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
• Monitor system performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizing resource use.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure reliability and performance of applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address incident management and troubleshooting.
• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency through scripting and tooling.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on SRE or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experienced in using containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior Software Engineer (SRE/DevOps) at Offered.ai will engage with a suite of advanced technologies and tools including, but not limited to, AWS for cloud services, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, Terraform for infrastructure management, Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring, and Git for version control.
