• Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation to ensure testability.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to collect requirements and understand functionality.
• Monitor test execution and analyze test results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead efforts for regression testing, load testing, and performance testing as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices for testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
