Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications and smart contracts using blockchain technology.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to uphold high coding standards and practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities within the application architecture.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain industry and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Web3 technologies.
• Proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity and experience with blockchain platforms including Ethereum.
• Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and their integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix for testing and deploying smart contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
