Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test strategies for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and product teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.
• Enhance existing QA processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, design, and usability.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in testing and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies and tools, including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Proven experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby for test automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate across teams.
