Job Responsibilities

• Identify, report, and track defects using issue-tracking systems, and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
• Lead QA efforts for large projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on software design and usability.
• Review system specifications to provide continuous input to software and system design processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Proficient in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing tools such as JMeter or Postman.
