• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new changes.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members on testing methodologies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA scope and implement changes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
• Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in various testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
