Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Document testing results, issues, and defects effectively and liaise with the development team to ensure rapid resolution of identified issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to enhance software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior testing team members and support their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and processes in alignment with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on automated testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
