• Perform regression testing and track the stability of software releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools for improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
