Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust testing frameworks for data platform applications.
• Perform functional, performance, stress, and regression testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose defects and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Develop automated test scripts, tools, and methodologies to streamline the testing process.
• Lead the prioritization and execution of testing strategies in an agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve overall quality and performance of the applications.
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and defect tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on data platforms.
• Proven expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
