Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to convey testing results and insights.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the software development process.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the testing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, including experience in both manual and automated testing environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
