Overview

The Senior Solution Engineer at Dynatrace will play a pivotal role in providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our clients in the Northeast region. Job Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Dynatrace solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer-focused strategies to maximize software adoption.
• Provide technical guidance during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and conducting technical workshops.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to relay product feedback and influence future product development.
• Lead technical discussions and provide training sessions for clients on product features and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor solutions to effectively position Dynatrace offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, solution engineering, or cloud services.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software performance monitoring, cloud environments, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise software deployment and cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior Solution Engineer will utilize a variety of technologies and tools including Dynatrace's software solutions, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), CI/CD tools, and various monitoring and debugging tools.
