Job Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate detailed technical solutions that address customer needs for major accounts.
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and challenges, providing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Lead architectural discussions and seminars to advance customer discussions on solutions.
• Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to align customer requirements with product features and roadmap.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for solution delivery and customer support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior architects and sales engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on large client accounts.
• Proficient understanding of networking technologies, cloud computing, and security practices.
• Experience with Infoblox products or similar DNS, DHCP, and IP address management solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced and dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, AWS, VMware) would be an advantage.

Technologies & Tools
