Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on outages and service disruptions, implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and management.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
