• Proactively diagnose performance issues and prevent potential site reliability incidents.
• Conceptualize and enforce best practices around system monitoring and alerting.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution for critical incidents.
• Document processes, runbooks, and incidents to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
