• Monitor and report on testing progress, bugs, and overall quality metrics to the project stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members in best practices and testing techniques.

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for quality-related issues post-release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing for complex applications.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
