Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, particularly with enterprise software solutions.

• Advanced knowledge of operating systems, databases, and network protocols relevant to on-premise solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
