Job Responsibilities

• Perform system upgrades and patches while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize reliability and security.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with IT support and development teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
• Maintain and enforce security protocols and policies to protect organizational data.

Qualifications
