Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a mid-level recruiter to lead searches from intake through offer and onboarding. You’ll partner with hiring leaders across executive and senior leadership, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage multiple searches and build pipelines, including through proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, compensation, and selection plans.
• Keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process, with weekly search updates.
• Use recruiting AI tools thoughtfully, reviewing results for accuracy, relevance, and potential bias.
• Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and military recruiting events. Travel is required.

You bring:

• Corporate full-cycle recruiting experience and strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Sound judgment with confidential searches and a commitment to fair, candidate-centered hiring.
• Experience with senior leadership searches, recruiting events, and hiring metrics.
