Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of digital applications, software platforms, and technology-enabled products from initial concept through launch and post-deployment support.

This role combines technical product management, solution delivery, and cross-functional leadership, requiring close collaboration with Product Owners, engineering teams, UX/CX designers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of technical product management or product leadership experience, a strong understanding of software architecture and development technologies, and proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and successful product releases.

Experience with .NET, Angular, cloud integrations, SQL Server, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and Agile delivery is especially relevant.

What This Person Will Be Working On

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, CX, Analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with product objectives.
• Translate business needs and feature requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and development documentation.
• Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure system architecture aligns with business requirements.
• Define and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, feature priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and market trends.
• Coordinate software development initiatives involving web applications, mobile platforms, cloud integrations, and enterprise databases.
• Manage product scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and change control.
• Provide daily guidance to technical delivery teams and remove obstacles affecting progress.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams to oversee development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product delivery documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external vendors to align technical deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare project status reports, executive communications, and milestone updates.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential business and customer value.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, delivery practices, and team performance.
• Monitor product success through customer satisfaction, quality, budget performance, and milestone KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Lead, Technical Product Owner, or similar technical product leadership role.
• Proven experience managing the complete software product lifecycle, from concept and requirements through launch and post-launch improvements.
• Strong technical understanding of software development and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working with technologies such as .NET, Angular, SQL Server, relational databases, cloud integrations, and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, Oracle, Microsoft data tools, IoT, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, feature priorities, and release plans.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Experience working directly with engineering, architecture, QA, UX/CX, and business teams.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, delivery tracking, and documentation.
• Experience managing product/project budgets, schedules, scope, and change control.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and make informed product prioritization decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience improving team processes, delivery methodologies, and operational performance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Desired Skills

• Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products, web applications, or mobile applications.
• Experience supporting products built with Microsoft .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud integration, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile application development and release processes.
